Settlement between Ya‘qub Bayg, Turab Bayg, ‘Ali Khan, and ‘Ali Naqi, sons of the late Haj Yusuf and residents of Kamarbunah village, and Sasan Mirza Bahaʼ al-Dawlah on his own behalf and with power of attorney transferred from Bibi Mah, Chaqqah Mah, Khanum Kuchak, Khanum Bibi, and Gul Bibi, exchanging more than half of a property located in Kamarbunah village and all its belongings for two hundred and sixty six tumans.

Settlement between Hashim Malak Madani and Ashraf Khanum, daughter of Sultan Muhammad Mirza Sayf al-Dawlah [and] wife of Rasul Khan Razavi from Malayir, exchanging a caravansary and a series of connected shops located in Malayir and known as Mirza Abu al-Qasim Khani Sara and part of the Baharistan qanats for three thousand five hundred tumans. On margin: "the receipt for three thousand and five hundred tumans received by Hashim Malak Madani. Ahmad Madani, brother of Hashim Malak Madani, permitted this settlement on July 14, 1929 and received the settlement fee."

Marriage agreement of Humayun, daughter of Karbalayi Riza son of Sadiq from Khuzan, and Amir, son of the late Haj Abu al-Hasan from Andan. The mahr includes twenty-six tumans and two thousand five hundred dinars, part of a house in Andan village, a share of water and a building in Andan, and seven misqals [unit of weight] of gold worth eighteen tumans. Ten tumans will additionally be paid for kitchen expenses and to buy a set of clothing.

On the margin: "On 22 January 1926, Darvish Ghulam Riza sold Banu Khanum's share of the land with her permission, and instead, they included another piece of land as her mahr. Marriage contract of Munavvarah, daughter of Muhammad Ja‘far, and Shaykh Ja‘far, son of the late Haj Muhammad Husayn. The mahr is twenty-five tumans in cash, twenty-five tumans to buy gold, twenty-five tumans to buy women's clothes, twenty-five tumans to buy rugs, half of a house located in the Buka Abad neighborhood, half of two stores located in the grand bazaar, and some water channels. The groom and his mother settled the mentioned properties in exchange for seven riyals of the mahr.

Settlement between Haj Mirza ʻAli Akbar, son of Mirza Khurasani, executor of the will of the late Mirza Abu Talib [illegible] from Lahijan, on behalf of his inheritors including his underaged children and two wives, and Mirza Sayyid ʻAli, son of Sayyid Muhammad Yusuf [illegible], exchanging one half of the late Mirza Abu Talib's land for one hundred tumans paid annually for five years.
